Miele Apiaries Premium Honey.

This blend of honey comes from hives that are located along 50km of the south coast of New Zealand's South Island. Plenty of hardy native plants and wild flowers call this coastline home and produce this special blend of honey, that is named after the areas predominant wind from the south west. 

This honey is all natural and contain all the goodness the bees put in it and that's it! This blend of honey is seasonal and there may be some variation in taste from year to year. This product will 'set' over time. 

It is delicious on hot buttery toast or added to your tea or coffee, not to mention great for battling that season cold or flu.

This honey is locally sourced and gathered from some of the most wildest parts of Southern New Zealand. The best wild harvested, small batched and single sourced honey with the upmost care taken from the hive to the jar.
